Rapper Sarkodie has congratulated Dutch-Ghanaian singer Nana Fofie after she was signed to Nicki Minaj’s Newly revealed Record Label.

Nicki Minaj announced the big news during her Queen Radio show on Friday (March 3), revealing that the new label’s artist roster includes Nana Fofie, Tate Kobang, Rico Danna, and London Hill.

I have a record label now,” Minaj said, teasing that the company’s name will be revealed at a later date. “When I get behind an artist, y’all know how I do s— for people that’s not even signed to me. Imagine what I’ma do for the ones that’s signed.

Nana Fofie

Sarkodie took to Twitter to praise Nana Fofie by expressing his pleasure   “Congrats queen @nanafofiee 👑” – the multiple award-winning rapper tweeted.

Nana Fofie recently released the official music video for “Selling Dreams”. “Selling Dreams” is a delicious summer jam, chock-full of smooth Afro-pop flavors and the scrumptious voice of Nana Fofie, whose sound is vaguely reminiscent of Sade’s voluptuous sophistic-pop.

In 2018, Nicki Minaj played a track by Dutch-Ghanaian singer Nana Fofie in her Queen Radio broadcast. A year later, there was already talk of her being signed by the Young Money superstar. It then became quiet around this news, but Nana has now put her signature.
